Here is what my first hour of the day looks like:
I meditate for 5-10 minutes first thing when I wake up. Then, I either write down a minimum of 3 things I am grateful for in my journal or I read a book for 30 minutes. The order of journaling and reading has varied over the past few months on which comes 2nd or 3rd.
This is a discipline I have been doing for a while and it has greatly impacted my days and life in a positive way because I am more calm, mindful, grateful and less reactive throughout my day.
I'd love to hear from you what your first hour of your day looks like because I love to learn from you. I try to learn from everyone. You can share your thoughts with me through any of these platforms:
If you want to look more into daily rituals, I highly recommend this book by Mason Currey and the Tim Ferriss podcast: The Tim Ferriss Show. They are both amazing!! In fact, Tim recommended this book through his book club.
